Job Description
Marketing Operations Manager optimizing reporting, measurement, and AI-enabled insights for Cordance’s B2B SaaS acquisition platform. Partnering across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze Marketing performance across the funnel, pipeline, marketing-originated bookings, and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of automated performance scorecards for lead-to-opportunity conversion, marketing-originated bookings, and marketing ROI
- Analyze marketing budget performance and spend attainment to support planning and investment decisions
- Own the Marketing reporting suite within the centralized BI/reporting layer
- Partner with Data Engineering to define reporting requirements, prioritize enhancements, and validate work through QA/UAT
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting documentation, metric definitions, and reporting logic
- Develop measurement frameworks for campaign performance, attribution, lead scoring, pipeline source-mix tracking, and marketing ROI
- Create and refine SOPs to improve marketing operations efficiency, consistency, and scalability
- Optimize lead enrichment and routing processes and marketing-to-sales handoffs
- Design and manage GTM cadences across Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales
- Support AI-enabled reporting, business insights, automated reporting processes, and AI-generated summaries
- Provide primary operations support for SDR reporting, activity data, and program cadences
- Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering
- Coordinate reporting enhancements and process improvements across stakeholders
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for Marketing leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical/technical field
- Strong data analytics and BI reporting skills
- Experience with a centralized BI/reporting layer such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong understanding of demand generation metrics, attribution, and marketing ROI
- Experience partnering with technical teams to define business requirements, validate reporting solutions, and improve analytics capabilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and business unit leadership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Final candidate must be able to pass a background check
- Familiarity with SQL or ability to work effectively with Data Engineering teams (nice to have)
- Exposure to AI-assisted reporting, BI automation, or generative AI tools (nice to have)
- Exposure to SDR operations (nice to have)
