Job Description

Marketing Specialist producing content and HubSpot campaigns for RightMove’s value-based musculoskeletal care. Supporting events, reporting, partner enablement, and cross-functional healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content and editorial calendar from draft to publish
  • Write and edit blog posts, email copy, social posts, landing pages, and patient and provider education materials
  • Gather input from clinicians and internal experts, route drafts for review, and manage revisions
  • Support video and testimonial content, including scheduling, consent workflows, interview preparation, and repurposing
  • Build and deploy email campaigns and lifecycle programs in HubSpot
  • Manage HubSpot templates, lists, segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and forms
  • Handle campaign setup, testing, QA, and scheduling
  • Pull and maintain campaign and channel reports
  • Flag actionable trends and performance issues with the Director of Marketing
  • Support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events
  • Manage event logistics, collateral, booth materials, registration, promotional assets, follow-up, and lead capture
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinate agencies, freelancers, and production partners
  • Conduct first-pass vendor-work reviews for quality and brand consistency
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and production
  • Build decks, one-pagers, and partner-facing collateral
  • Produce on-brand assets in Canva, Figma, or similar tools
  • Maintain a current materials library for Partner and Network teams
  • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Network, and partner teams on messaging, campaigns, and launches
  • Manage company swag and merchandise, including sourcing, ordering, inventory, and distribution

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience with email and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable pulling campaign reports and summarizing performance
  • Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or Adobe CC
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes that don't exist yet
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, digital health, or provider networks preferred
  • HubSpot certifications preferred
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, or webinars preferred
  • Experience coordinating video or testimonial content preferred
  • Familiarity with content requiring consent, privacy, or compliance review preferred
  • Basic video editing preferred
  • Website CMS experience, preferably HubSpot, preferred
  • SEO and content optimization fundamentals preferred
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to increase output and quality preferred
  • Availability Monday–Friday during typical business hours
