Job Description
Marketing Assistant supporting Conntex’s digital campaigns, email marketing, social content, reporting, and events. Work-from-home or office choice in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client’s Marketing Team in delivering engaging campaigns, content, and company initiatives
- Assist the Marketing Executive with campaign planning, timelines, campaign packs, presentations, and market/competitor research
- Generate monthly reports and track campaign performance and metrics
- Design, build, schedule, and segment email campaigns; monitor performance
- Manage social media channel scheduling and audience engagement
- Create blogs, internal updates, case studies, publications, and company news content
- Help plan and promote charity days, strategy sessions, celebrations, and other initiatives
- Work closely with the Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager
- Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Requirements:
- 1+ years in digital marketing (B2B preferred)
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience path indicated by “and/or”
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Organization and time management
- Creativity and detail orientation
- Teamwork and analytics/reporting
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Software
- Confident with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp (or similar email tools), and scheduling platforms is a plus
- Compliance with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
