Job Description
Marketplace Manager focusing on building and scaling Bol.com and launching ePharmacy. Driving E-Commerce growth and collaboration across teams for ESN & More Nutrition.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for building, launching and scaling bol.com as a strategically important marketplace for ESN & More.
- You will manage the introduction and development of new ePharmacy marketplace channels — from planning and go‑live to ongoing operational development.
- You will analyze market potential, competitors and consumer trends and derive concrete growth strategies.
- You will optimize product listings, content and advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion.
- You will define relevant KPIs, track performance and derive data‑driven actions to increase revenue and profitability.
- You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure efficient scaling.
- You will contribute new ideas, monitor e‑commerce developments and implement innovative concepts in a practical way.
Requirements:
- You have a degree or equivalent practical experience in e‑commerce, online retail or marketplace management.
- You bring 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally focused on European marketplaces (e.g. bol.com, OTTO, Allegro or similar platforms).
- You have experience building and scaling new sales channels — ideally in consumer goods or the ePharmacy sector.
- You are proficient with marketplace tools, content management systems and performance analysis.
- You think analytically and data‑driven, but also act pragmatically to get things done.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, show initiative and enjoy working cross‑functionally with other teams.
- You are fluent in German and English (business proficient).
