Job Description
Marketplace Manager responsible for building and scaling Bol.com and ePharmacy channels. Join The Quality Group's innovative team in the healthy nutrition market.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for building, launching and scaling bol.com as a strategically important marketplace for ESN & More
- You manage the introduction and development of new ePharmacy marketplace channels — from planning and go-live to ongoing operational development
- You analyze market potential, competitors and consumer trends and translate these insights into concrete growth strategies
- You optimize product listings, content and advertising campaigns for maximum visibility and conversion
- You define relevant KPIs, track performance and implement data-driven measures to increase revenue and profitability
- You work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure efficient scaling
- You introduce fresh ideas, monitor developments in e-commerce and implement innovative solutions in practice
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce, online retail or marketplace management
- 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally focused on European marketplaces (e.g., bol.com, OTTO, Allegro or similar platforms)
- Experience building and scaling new sales channels — preferably in consumer goods or the ePharmacy sector
- Proficient with marketplace tools, content management systems and performance analytics
- Analytical and data-driven, while also pragmatic and hands-on in execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Fluent in German and English
