Job Description
Media Sales Executive for The COOL Company driving revenue growth through agency partnerships and innovative solutions. Strengthening client relationships for digital media offerings in New York market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed revenue targets by building and growing an agency and client book of business
- Represent The COOL Company's managed service, COOL AI and DCO creative solutions to agencies and brands across all verticals
- Leverage your network to establish new agency partnerships and nurture long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to increase deal value — packaging DCO with managed service media and self service AI platform for Search, Social and Programmatic solutions
- Design tailored solutions that deliver measurable ROAS and address real client business needs using COOL's full product suite
- Lead with a consultative, insight-driven approach — positioning The COOL Company as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
- Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to deliver excellent campaign execution and an outstanding client experience
- Maintain an accurate revenue forecast and a healthy, well-managed pipeline of new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Digital media sales experience — across independent agencies and direct brands
- A track record of success selling brand and performance media in the NY market and broader East Coast region
- Confidence across programmatic and Digital channels: CTV, DOOH, Display, OLV, DCO retargeting, Search and Social
- Trusted, well-developed relationships with media agency contacts across the region
- A consultative approach — you lead with insight, build confidence, and close on outcomes
- Drive, curiosity and a collaborative spirit — you're motivated to build and grow alongside a supportive team
- A genuine enthusiasm for digital media, ad tech and the measurement space
