Job Description
Medical Representative driving respiratory pharmaceutical sales across Japan for Regeneron. Managing territories, customer relationships, business plans, and alliance partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve respiratory sales objectives through effective territory and budget management.
- Develop annual territory business plans using market insights and brand strategies.
- Create territory action plans using key data sources.
- Deliver customer value through disease and concept-focused selling.
- Complete expense, call, marketing, and field insight reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Regeneron legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with alliance partners to achieve shared business objectives.
- Build trusted customer relationships and adapt to changing market needs.
- Work in a field-based mode supporting the Japan business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales representative experience.
- Valid driver license and MR Certification.
- Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on value delivery.
- Ability to conduct disease and concept selling.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and territory management capabilities.
- Ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently against strategic and tactical plans.
- Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.
- Alliance partnership experience.
- Therapy area knowledge in respiratory or ENT and biologics sales experience preferred.
- Current clinical knowledge of relevant therapy areas and competitor products preferred.
- Established Key Opinion Leader relationships within respiratory or ENT preferred.
- English fluency is a plus.
