Job Description

Advising Superpower members on health products and guiding through the Superpower Marketplace. Outbound interactions to improve member engagement and value derived from their membership.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls and emails to existing members — warm conversations, no cold prospecting
  • Guiding members through the Superpower Marketplace and recommending the right products for their goals
  • Revenue per member you talk to — this is the number you're measured on
  • Keeping the CRM clean and sharing what's working so we improve over time

Requirements:

  • You've sold something before and have results you're proud of — sales, account management, retention, or membership revenue.
  • Comfortable having consultative, personalized conversations — not reading from a script
  • Genuine interest in health and wellness — ideally you'd use these products yourself
  • Highly organized and self-directed — this is a remote contractor role with real ownership
  • Experience with high-trust products (health, wellness, premium memberships) is a plus, not a requirement
