Job Description
Mission Solutions Manager deploying Reveal's identity verification platform to support defense operations. Collaborating with customers and engineers to ensure reliable system integration and performance in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Support Operational Deployments: Work directly with customers and mission users to deploy and operationalize Reveal’s Identifi platform, supporting demonstrations, evaluations, and field deployments while providing structured feedback to engineering and product teams.
- Customer Engagement & Mission Support: Lead technical demonstrations and briefings for defense, security, and public safety organizations while building strong relationships with operational users and assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Product Feedback & Field Insight: Collect and synthesize feedback from operational users and mission partners to inform product development, improve system reliability, and identify new operational use cases.
- Workflow Development: Collaborate with customers, resellers, and OEM partners to design repeatable operational workflows that integrate Identifi into mission environments and document those workflows for future deployments.
- Support Business Development: Assist go-to-market efforts by supporting demonstrations, pilot programs, and evaluation events while helping customers understand how Reveal’s technology supports mission requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting or deploying technical systems in operational environments.
- Ability to work independently, plan priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts between engineers and operational users.
- Experience working with Biometrics Collections platforms in an operational environment and/or experience working with Intelligence Collections Platforms/Analysis.
- Comfort working directly with customers and operational users.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to support customer demonstrations, deployments, and evaluations.
