Job Description
Senior Staff Engineer developing and supporting Workday HCM integrations. Collaborating across enterprise applications to enhance performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, enhance, and support Workday HCM integrations across enterprise applications
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday integration solutions
- Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and BIRT reports
- Monitor and support Workday integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data accuracy
- Provide production support by troubleshooting integration and functional issues
Requirements:
- Total Experience 8+ years in Workday HCM
- Strong experience in Workday Integrations
- Expertise in Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
- Strong knowledge of Workday security configuration and security profiles
- Experience providing production support for Workday functional and integration solutions
- Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams
- Workday Certification preferred
