Job Description

Modality Sales Specialist driving growth in healthcare monitoring solutions across the UKI region. Collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence in H&AM.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial execution of H&AM in UKI, responsible to drive growth in the business
  • Ensure collaboration with the relevant Account Managers
  • Responsible for sales of the Consumables and General Care Portfolios
  • Work with District teams to achieve Equipment annual targets
  • Collaborate within a team of Modality Sales Specialists (MSS)
  • Support broader Sales team with insights & knowledge specific to H&AM
  • Be part of the H&AM Launch team when relevant
  • Ensure localization of Marketing Assets in collaboration with Europe H&AM Marketing Specialist and UKI Marketing team
  • Represent the Zone UKI within the Europe market for H&AM
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and act on win/loss analysis
  • Align on local pricing and support Commercial Policy escalations
  • Work collaboratively with Philips Capability Centre (PCC) to fulfill customer orders
  • Support large/strategic deals in the UKI
  • Assist on strategic activities with Framework contacts (NHS Supply Chain, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Have a clinical background and are familiar with the concept of patient monitoring e.g. Nurse, ODP
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily
  • High energy, enthusiasm and highly driven
  • Team player committed to collaborative team working
  • Customer driven and energized by face to face customer interactions
