Job Description
National Program Manager managing travel solutions for mid-market clients. Responsible for client retention and developing travel programs while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation
- Develop an all-inclusive travel program with your client
- Implement a Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the travel program
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
- Work closely with our Implementation Specialist during onboarding of new business to ensure customer expectations are met
Requirements:
- Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience desired
- Account management experience required
- Extensive business travel industry experience
- Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience
- Experience in implementing and managing large market/global clients preferred
- Ability to travel when needed
