Job Description
NOC Engineer ensuring continuous availability and performance of systems for a global communication platform. Collaborating with R&D to support partners worldwide in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our dynamic R&D and Support teams
- Monitor our infrastructure and clients’ systems 24/7
- React to incidents, make critical decisions, and take ownership
- Continuously improve our monitoring systems
- Provide support to our partners via phone and tickets during non-business hours, ensuring their needs are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Solid Linux and networking administration skills
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability for night shifts and ability to work 12-hour rotations (8 AM–8 PM / 8 PM–8 AM)
