Job Description
Analista de Ouvidoria PL I na Riachuelo, atuando na análise de processos e melhoria contínua. Garantindo conformidade e resoluções eficazes em atendimento ao cliente.
Responsibilities:
- Perform critical analysis of received cases/processes, ensuring accurate responses within established deadlines
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service workflows and scripts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Ombudsman’s internal process quality
- Act as a liaison between the Ombudsman office and other company areas, promoting alignment and effective resolutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Support the development of indicators and management reports to aid decision-making
Requirements:
- Solid experience handling cases received by the Ombudsman, including channels such as Ouvidoria Fone, Consumidor.gov, ProConsumidor and Bacen (Central Bank)
- Experience working in compliance with regulatory deadlines and internal targets
- Active participation in meetings with business and operational areas
- Preparation of presentations and management reports to monitor indicators and process progress
