Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform critical analysis of received cases/processes, ensuring accurate responses within established deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service workflows and scripts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Ombudsman’s internal process quality
  • Act as a liaison between the Ombudsman office and other company areas, promoting alignment and effective resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Support the development of indicators and management reports to aid decision-making

Requirements:

  • Solid experience handling cases received by the Ombudsman, including channels such as Ouvidoria Fone, Consumidor.gov, ProConsumidor and Bacen (Central Bank)
  • Experience working in compliance with regulatory deadlines and internal targets
  • Active participation in meetings with business and operational areas
  • Preparation of presentations and management reports to monitor indicators and process progress
