Job Description

Operations Associate at the Foundation for Economic Education supporting key internal processes. Focus on execution excellence and maintaining operational consistency in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute key internal processes that keep our organization running smoothly.
  • Maintain established systems, ensuring operational consistency and supporting cross-team coordination.
  • Serve as the operational backbone for internal people systems and organizational workflows.
  • Ensure consistent execution, accuracy, and follow-through across core administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools. Prior experience with Monday.com, Notion, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work; takes initiative to understand processes, contribute ideas, and improve systems while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or administrative processes is a plus.
