Job Description

Operations Manager overseeing field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations. Managing business strategies and team performance for Stewart's real estate services.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations
  • Manages and coordinates operational/business strategies and activities
  • Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures
  • Assigns or delegates responsibilities for specified work or functional activities
  • Serves as a resource in providing work direction and assistance in resolving issues
  • Manages individual contributors and/or supervisors
  • Accountable for the performance and results of a team within area of specialty
  • Assesses departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges
  • Identifies and solves technical and operational problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
