Job Description
Operations Manager overseeing field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations. Managing business strategies and team performance for Stewart's real estate services.
Responsibilities:
- Directly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations
- Manages and coordinates operational/business strategies and activities
- Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures
- Assigns or delegates responsibilities for specified work or functional activities
- Serves as a resource in providing work direction and assistance in resolving issues
- Manages individual contributors and/or supervisors
- Accountable for the performance and results of a team within area of specialty
- Assesses departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Identifies and solves technical and operational problems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
