Job Description
Operations Specialist II responsible for managing insurance compliance for commercial mortgage loans at KeyBank. Analyzing documents and collaborating with stakeholders for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance policies, appraisals, and operating statements for compliance
- Maintain accurate insurance data in the servicing system
- Manage escrow disbursements and force-placed insurance processes
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage for non-escrowed loans
- Administer casualty loss claims, including inspections and disbursements
- Communicate with borrowers, agents, and insurers to resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to address discrepancies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
- 1+ years of commercial property insurance or related experience (required)
- Legal document review and interpretation (required)
- Commercial loan servicing or insurance agency experience (preferred)
