Job Description
OSP Project Manager leading profitable telecommunications infrastructure projects for Pearce Services. Managing schedules, budgets, risks, teams, and customer deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer results
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close revenue-generating and profitable projects
- Manage project revenue, scope, cost, and schedule
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Manage the project pipeline and report KPIs
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and meeting notes in the project repository
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, construction partners, and global teams
- Maintain and monitor schedules and coordinate with departments to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Keep project data in Insite updated with milestone dates and relevant notes
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide updates and create mitigation plans for project risks and issues
- Perform root cause analysis on project gaps or low KPIs
- Document processes and help create departmental efficiencies
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities within project team skill sets
- Mentor and develop employees for career pathing
- Facilitate frequent team meetings to accomplish project goals
- Deliver high-quality service and problem resolution in line with client service levels
- Track, manage, and communicate milestones and deliverables
- Use internal systems to report and monitor project status and identify needed dashboard, report, or system functionality
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years in Project Management or Project Coordination experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience managing a team preferred
- Experience in telecommunications preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Working knowledge of relevant project-related software
- Expert-level ability with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Ability to perform and prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a global team
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Understanding of OSP Telecommunications terminology preferred
- Understanding of project budgets
- Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance required
