Job Description

Paid Media Manager responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for a leading digital marketing agency. The role involves collaboration with clients and team members to deliver exceptional campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own campaign performance
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creative to improve results
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic quality
  • Manage meaningful monthly advertising budgets directly within the platforms
  • Solve technical performance challenges
  • Diagnose and resolve attribution and conversion tracking issues
  • Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and related tracking technologies
  • Ensure accurate reporting and campaign measurement across platforms
  • Test, learn, and improve
  • Plan and execute creative testing strategies, particularly within Meta
  • Continuously test audiences, messaging, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes, and evolving best practices
  • Contribute ideas that improve campaign performance across client accounts
  • Partner with clients and the internal team
  • Collaborate with strategists and account teams to deliver exceptional client results
  • Participate in client conversations and confidently explain campaign performance and recommendations
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing campaigns directly within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Deep technical knowledge of campaign optimization, audience strategy, bidding, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and related measurement tools
  • Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets directly, not simply overseeing agency partners
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data to drive performance
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss campaign performance with clients
  • A proactive, curious mindset and genuine passion for performance marketing
