Job Description
Paid Media Manager driving Google, LinkedIn, and Meta acquisition for Fundraise Up’s nonprofit fundraising platform. Connecting campaign performance to pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own the paid media strategy and operating plan across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram.
- Translate pipeline and revenue goals into quarterly and monthly paid media plans with forecasts, milestones, and success measures.
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Own budget pacing and performance management; reallocate spend based on evidence.
- Develop and lead experimentation across creative, copy, formats, bids, audiences, channels, offers, and landing pages.
- Evaluate the conversion journey from impression through pipeline and recommend improvements.
- Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting connecting spend and channel performance to pipeline, account engagement, conversion, and revenue.
- Partner with Revenue Operations on attribution, lead routing, source tracking, and data quality across ad platforms, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Partner with the ABM Manager on priority-account targeting and account-based campaigns.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Events, and Lifecycle Marketing on campaign assets and performance feedback.
- Lead event-targeted, geo-fencing, retargeting, and integrated campaign programs.
- Establish and improve paid media playbooks, dashboards, testing logs, quality controls, and workflows.
- Monitor platform, privacy, measurement, and market changes and recommend responses.
- Use AI to accelerate analysis, reporting, copy development, audience research, test design, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including direct in-platform ownership of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; experience with Meta/Instagram is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of a paid media program or major channel, including strategy, execution, budget management, forecasting, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong command of paid search fundamentals, including keyword strategy, match types, campaign and ad-group structure, Quality Score, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn paid social, including Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, job and company targeting, matched audiences, and account-list activation.
- Experience connecting media performance to downstream funnel outcomes such as qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
- Experience designing structured experiments and translating findings into decisions, not just observations.
- Experience with UTM governance, attribution, and the flow of campaign-source data through a marketing automation platform and CRM; HubSpot and Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and make sound decisions in an evolving environment.
