Job Description

Paid Media Search Analyst supporting execution and optimization of paid search campaigns for multiple clients. Collaborating with strategists to manage campaigns and deliver insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client accounts with an owner’s mindset across all paid search work
  • Maintain high standards for communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Incorporate client and strategist feedback to continuously improve execution
  • Ensure all campaign work aligns with client goals and outcome-driven strategies
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Execute keyword research, ad copy testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting
  • Monitor performance daily to identify issues, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Maintain accurate task and time tracking while meeting delivery expectations
  • Analyze campaign performance to generate clear insights and recommendations
  • Participate in client meetings and support follow-up action items
  • Stay current on paid media platform updates and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of paid media or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads is a plus
  • Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals including keywords, bidding strategies, and account structure
  • Experience analyzing performance using Google Analytics or GA4
  • Experience using AI tools to support ad copy creation, analysis, or workflow efficiency
  • English level: C1 or C2 required
  • Availability: U.S. business hours required
