Job Description
Execution-focused Paid Social Coordinator providing management support for E-commerce accounts at a growing U.S. digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day hands-on optimizations, including managing bids, daily pacing updates, budgets, and operational platform modifications.
- Coordinate and execute flawless campaign launches and in-platform management across multiple channels.
- Pull performance reports and write clear, data-driven performance insights using platforms like GA4, Shopify, and Looker dashboards to explain the “why” behind campaign results.
- Proactively identify and flag optimization or scaling opportunities across assigned accounts to the Senior Strategist.
- Support creative analysis by leveraging tools like Motion to evaluate asset performance, and assist with writing Meta/TikTok ad copy roughly once per week (AI tools permitted as a resource).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional hands-on media buying experience focused heavily on paid social platforms.
- Demonstrate a strong, required background in E-commerce marketing, with a proven track record managing accounts with $100K+ in monthly ad spend.
- Possess deep technical comfort working directly inside Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube or Reddit experience is a major plus).
- Communicate with strong written and verbal English skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal U.S. team members and write polished performance summaries.
