Job Description

Senior Campaign Manager leading integrated marketing campaigns for CloudPay's global payroll solutions. Focused on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, content, sales, digital marketing, regional marketing) to ensure campaign alignment and effective content creation
  • Oversee the development and production of creative assets, including landing pages, email copy, ad creatives, and other marketing collateral
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and competitors' activities
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven progressive experience in campaign management, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience in the FinTech or HR technology sector is a plus
