Job Description

Part-Time Project Manager managing marketing operations and overseeing SEO campaigns for Fire&Spark. Collaborating on digital marketing initiatives and maintaining project timelines while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans for go-to-market campaigns
  • Oversee logistics, promotion, and execution for digital and in-person events
  • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar
  • Coordinate webinar production and follow-up processes
  • Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team
  • Track and analyze performance data for ongoing campaigns
  • Manage email campaigns in Active Campaign
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI tools
  • Support cross-functional communication to keep all projects on time and within scope.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or campaign coordination
  • Familiarity with content marketing practices and campaign reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Active Campaign, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
