Job Description

Partner Enablement Manager scaling Steer’s automotive repair software ecosystem. Operating channel programs, integrations, and Directory-as-a-Service initiatives for partner-driven growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize and scale Steer’s partner ecosystem across the automotive aftermarket
  • Own end-to-end partner reporting, including enrollments, incentives, and performance
  • Coordinate partner announcements, manage enablement assets, and streamline billing with RevOps and HubSpot teams
  • Manage shop eligibility data, partner locator onboarding, and activation tracking for Directory-as-a-Service initiatives
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to convert partner-generated leads
  • Manage day-to-day integration partner communications
  • Align Product and Engineering teams on launch readiness and support beta testing
  • Maintain internal integration documentation
  • Lead onboarding, issue resolution, and joint execution for marketing, loyalty, AI voice, and coaching partners
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with resources, collateral, and knowledge for partner-driven opportunities
  • Report directly to the Sr. Director of Partnerships

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years in partnerships, channel operations, or ecosystem management within the automotive aftermarket (automotive tech, repair SaaS, distribution, or repair networks)
  • Deep understanding of how independent repair shops operate, evaluate software, acquire customers, and purchase parts
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-party initiatives across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Strong organizational skills with hands-on experience using CRMs and reporting tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Completion of the Wonderlic Assessment before the end of the process
  • Existing relationships or a strong network within the automotive aftermarket industry (nice to have)
  • Direct experience with repair shop management systems, automotive SaaS integrations, or technology ecosystems (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting channel partner programs, marketplace platforms, or locator/DaaS networks (nice to have)
