Job Description

Identify, source, and close partners for HubSpot's growth, leveraging consultative sales skills and guiding partner success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and close good fit partners
  • Balance contacting warm inbound leads and sourcing own pipeline
  • Sell the value of HubSpot's software and Partner Program
  • Guide prospective partners in client acquisition and retention
  • Manage a quality pipeline through inbound and outbound strategies
  • Help partners develop better business plans for high-impact reselling
  • Articulate how HubSpot’s software expands partner service offerings

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience in a quota-driven role
  • Desire and commitment to succeed in sales
  • Positive outlook and ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
