Job Description
Identify, source, and close partners for HubSpot's growth, leveraging consultative sales skills and guiding partner success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and close good fit partners
- Balance contacting warm inbound leads and sourcing own pipeline
- Sell the value of HubSpot's software and Partner Program
- Guide prospective partners in client acquisition and retention
- Manage a quality pipeline through inbound and outbound strategies
- Help partners develop better business plans for high-impact reselling
- Articulate how HubSpot’s software expands partner service offerings
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience in a quota-driven role
- Desire and commitment to succeed in sales
- Positive outlook and ability to take responsibility for successes and failures
- Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
- Consistently recognized as a top performer
