Job Description
Online Marketing Manager focusing on Affiliate within a performance marketing team. Responsible for budget and content management for affiliate channels to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Budget responsibility and continuous performance analysis based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cancellation data
- Planning, implementation and optimization of affiliate campaigns to increase visibility and conversions
- International publisher research, communication and onboarding
- Close collaboration with marketing managers across all experiences (e.g., Adventure, Race), retail, content, designers, and partner management to align campaign content
- Market and competitor analyses and development of strategic recommendations
- Design and implementation of measures and strategic development of the affiliate channel
- Expansion of the network and optimization of processes
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business/Economics or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in affiliate / performance marketing
- Confident use of common affiliate network platforms
- Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a basic technical understanding
- Independent and structured working style with a strong results orientation
- Passion for cycling experiences, whether road, gravel, mountain bike (MTB) or urban riding
