Job Description

Customer Success Manager at Huntress driving partner satisfaction and retention through strong relationships and support for cybersecurity solutions. Aiming for business expansion and loyalty among partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business that consists of several hundred partners and customers with the goal of maintaining and growing, along with minimising churn
  • Work with partners to be a trusted advisor and deliver solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organisations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals around partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction
  • Help devise creative and valuable ways to engage with partners

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, ideally in a sales or customer success
  • Knowledge of the MSP space is a plus, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
  • Experience in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Ability to deliver customer and partner engagement in a professional manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business
  • Strong ability to execute customer success strategies and initiatives across all accounts
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
