Job Description
Partner Success Manager responsible for managing Installation Partners in a remote capacity. Ensuring communication, performance tracking, and partner success in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of Installation Partners
- Serve as a trusted resource for partners across installs, processes, tools, and expectations
- Ensure partners stay current on products, hardware, SOPs, and installation standards
- Support onboarding of new partners and technicians
- Own and resolve partner-related escalations across installation, quality, scheduling, and payment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution
- Communicate clearly with partners throughout the escalation lifecycle
- Identify recurring issues and surface trends to leadership
- Track partner performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Prepare insights and support delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews
- Follow up on action items and partner commitments
- Act as the voice of the partner internally and align expectations across teams
- Partner with Product, Hardware, Support, Scheduling, Finance, and Customer Success
- Contribute to process improvements and partner-facing resources
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or operations
- Experience working with third-party partners or service providers
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
