Job Description

Partner Support Associate providing support to global partners at Hyland. Collaborating with internal teams and managing partner relationships to drive mutual growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide territory support to an assigned group of Partner Business Managers and their associated Partners.
  • Manage the relationship between Hyland and an assigned group of Authorized Partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement) to marshal resources.
  • Take ownership and ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned PBMS and Partners.
  • Identify trends in partner feedback to recommend process improvements and enhance the partner experience.
  • Support annual Partner Business Planning, Quarterly Partner Reviews, and Monthly Partner Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of partner or channel support
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners
  • Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Up to 20% travel time required
