Job Description
Tutor für digitale Lohnbuchhaltung und DATEV beim deutschen E-Learning-Anbieter Masters of Digital. Begleitung von Teilnehmenden, Prüfungsbewertung und Weiterentwicklung praxisnaher Online-Kurse.
Responsibilities:
- Create course content, exercises, and tests together with the instructor
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to address subject-matter questions
- Lead skills tutoring sessions
- Administer and assess final examinations
- Review and grade assignments
- Update course materials and optimize the course
- Create new exercises
- Coordinate sessions and appointments
- Support platform product managers with course updates
- Provide professional support and guidance to participants in the “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV” course
- Share responsibility for delivering an optimal learning experience and ensuring participants successfully complete the training program
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of practical professional experience in payroll accounting
- Strong digital affinity and willingness to continuously adopt new technologies and (AI) tools
- Good to very good knowledge of DATEV
- Initial experience in knowledge transfer or teaching is desirable, e.g., as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant
- Completed university degree or comparable educational qualification
- Excellent spoken and written German
- Basic to good English skills, particularly for understanding digital tools, technical terminology, and documentation
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Confident, empathetic, and appreciative manner
- Enthusiasm for adult education
- Interest in digital knowledge transfer and innovative learning formats
- Team player with a willingness to work closely with the course team
- Motivation to develop professionally and improve teaching and instructional skills
