Job Description
Payroll Implementation Lead responsible for configuring customer payroll solutions and integrations in LATAM. Overseeing projects and collaborating with clients to ensure compliance and readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations
- Assist with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
- Manage all system testing phases and address configuration issues
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
- Track project progress and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a technical field
- Proven involvement in 5+ successful RHPRO implementations
- In-depth knowledge of LATAM payroll regulations (e.g. Argentina, Chile, Peru)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client focus and accountability for results
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
