Job Description

Payroll Implementation Lead responsible for configuring customer payroll solutions and integrations in LATAM. Overseeing projects and collaborating with clients to ensure compliance and readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements
  • Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations
  • Assist with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
  • Manage all system testing phases and address configuration issues
  • Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
  • Track project progress and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a technical field
  • Proven involvement in 5+ successful RHPRO implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of LATAM payroll regulations (e.g. Argentina, Chile, Peru)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client focus and accountability for results
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
