Job Description

Senior Consultant managing SAP HCM German Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance and successful implementation of payroll projects. Collaborating across phases to deliver optimal outcomes in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution
  • Ensure success of implementations and improvement projects
  • Participate across all project phases including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support
  • Act as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAP HCM German Payroll (PY)
  • Hands-on expertise with schemas and PCRs
  • Solid understanding of payroll integration (TM, FI)
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Fluent English and Italian
