Job Description
Senior Consultant managing SAP HCM German Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance and successful implementation of payroll projects. Collaborating across phases to deliver optimal outcomes in complex environments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution
- Ensure success of implementations and improvement projects
- Participate across all project phases including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support
- Act as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll both internally and externally
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP HCM German Payroll (PY)
- Hands-on expertise with schemas and PCRs
- Solid understanding of payroll integration (TM, FI)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Fluent English and Italian
