Job Description
First Officer supporting Captain in operating PC-12 aircraft for regional charter flights. Essential for ensuring safety and efficiency while adhering to FAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) on assigned PC-12 aircraft
- Support the designated PIC in executing safe, compliance, and efficient flight operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
- Demonstrate teamwork by actively participating in CRM, communication, and workload sharing throughout all phases of flight.
- Contribute to accurate preflight planning, including fuel, weight and balance, performance, and international considerations.
- Maintain a high level of integrity by adhering to Planet 9’s SOPs, FAA regulations, and all company policies.
- Support excellence in service delivery by assisting in pre- and post-flight duties, passenger interactions, and ensuring the aircraft is prepared to Planet 9 standards.
- Participate in Planet Nine’s Professional Development Program (PDP). Willing to accept guidance, mentorship, and training on a continuous basis from the Captain they are flying with.
- Remain current in all training and regulatory requirements showing commitment to personal and organizational growth.
- Uphold Planet 9’s culture of safety through risk mitigation, checklist discipline, and procedural compliance.
- Adhere to Planet Nine’s operational policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards by completing required training and maintaining compliance across all assigned duties.
- Adapt to evolving priorities by performing additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- FAA Singe Engine Commercial License
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- PC-12 Experience preferred, not required
- Valid passport and ability to travel unrestricted internationally
