Job Description
Pediatrician consultant assisting with the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona. Role includes payer enrollment and credentialing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
- Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
- Conduct user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape
- Identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board-certified Pediatrician
- Active DEA registration
- Ability to credential with commercial and government payers
- Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Arizona State residency required
