Job Description
People Operations & Compliance Administrator in HR systems and compliance for ORS. Handling data accuracy, supporting compliance activities, and assisting in systems integration in a remote or hybrid model.
Responsibilities:
- Support the effective operation of our people systems and ensure ongoing compliance
- Maintain accurate people data and support compliance activities
- Assist the Senior People Lead with people-related systems, reporting, and integration work
- Update and maintain accurate HR records and documentation across HR systems
- Co-ordinate payroll data changes and liaise with the payroll department to ensure accuracy across all systems
- Administer and maintain the organisation’s HR Information System (Bamboo HR)
- Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries and user support
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports including turnover, absence, and dashboards for management
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Collaborate with the People team on People-related projects as required
Requirements:
- Relevant HR qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR administration, systems, or compliance-focused role
- Strong administrative and IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
