Job Description
People Operations Manager scaling HR infrastructure across Pave Bank’s multi-country digital-asset banking group. Owning HRIS, payroll, benefits, employee administration, and corporate records.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, documentation, leave administration, benefits, and offboarding across Group entities
- Own and continuously improve the Group’s HRIS and people technology stack
- Ensure employee data is accurate and processes are automated where possible
- Ensure systems support a multi-entity and multi-country organization
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration across jurisdictions
- Work with Finance, external payroll providers, and local partners to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve people processes while maintaining appropriate controls and documentation
- Coordinate entity-level corporate administration
- Liaise with corporate secretarial providers across Group entities
- Maintain accurate corporate records, support required filings and governance processes, and provide entity documentation internally as needed
- Build, own, and scale people operations infrastructure across Pave Bank as it grows across multiple countries and entities
- Partner closely with leadership and managers to create a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the Group
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or generalist HR roles
- Meaningful ownership and hands-on experience of core HR processes, rather than purely advisory experience
- Experience building or significantly improving HR processes and systems
- Experience ideally within a startup, scale-up, fintech, financial services, or similarly fast-moving organization
- Experience supporting a multi-country and multi-entity workforce
- Understanding of the operational complexities of employment across different jurisdictions
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms, payroll administration, employee data management, and HR process automation
- Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, policies, and employee relations
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership
- Ability to identify gaps and implement solutions without requiring highly developed existing processes
