Job Description
Teamlead People Operations für Lanes & Planes, eine digitale End-to-End-Plattform für Geschäftsreisen und Abrechnung. Verantwortung für HR-Administration, Employee Lifecycle und HR-Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the entire operational employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, parental leave, offboarding, and all related processes
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and employment references
- Maintain accurate employee master data in Personio and ensure reliable payroll preparation
- Monitor deadlines, reporting requirements, and employment law obligations
- Continuously optimize, standardize, document, and automate existing HR processes
- Advise employees and selected managers on operational HR topics
- Support the HR transformation and coordinate collaboration across interfaces
- Independently take ownership of and implement HR projects
- Transfer knowledge to colleagues on the People Team
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in HR Operations or personnel administration, ideally in a tech or high-growth company
- Sound knowledge of employment and social security law, as well as payroll preparation
- Confident use of HR systems, ideally Personio
- Affinity for automation
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for processes
- Excellent German and good English skills
