Job Description
People Systems Analyst managing Workday modules to support global expansion in Time Off, Absence, and Payroll configurations. Join a fast-growing company reshaping professional services.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Off & Absence plans across multiple countries
- Build and manage Time Tracking configurations in Workday
- Support Payroll configuration and integrations
- Support global expansion efforts by configuring onboarding, time off, absence, time tracking, and compensation plans
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday
- Manage Workday integrations with Payroll and Finance systems
- Partner cross-functionally with People Ops, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT
- Manage Workday release cycles
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday configuration and administration
- Proven experience supporting global expansion within Workday
- Experience building and managing Workday integrations
- Strong proficiency in Workday custom report writing
- Experience with Workday security configuration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment.
