Job Description
PeopleSoft HCM developer leading 9.2 upgrades for a U.S. federal utility. Configuring modules, developing PeopleCode integrations, and managing testing across project phases.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional activities for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade project
- Support functional and technical activities across requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and testing
- Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules according to functional specifications
- Develop or modify PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components
- Support requirements sessions
- Contribute to functional and technical design documentation
- Create and execute test scripts to validate configurations and customizations
- Participate across Study, Design, Build/Test, and Deployment phases
Requirements:
- 4+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience (9.x version preferred)
- Experience with functional requirements gathering and technical configuration/development
- U.S. Person
- Public Trust clearance level
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development (bonus)
- PeopleSoft certification(s) (bonus)
- Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
