Job Description
Performance Marketing Specialist managing paid media, email, testing, and analytics for Educate 360’s professional training brands. Optimizing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and other advertising platforms, including paid social
- Build and launch campaigns aligned with business objectives, budgets, audiences, offers, and marketing strategies
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, analyze keywords, search terms, audiences, placements, and creative, and implement optimizations
- Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email campaigns for promotions, products, webinars, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Support email audience segmentation, list management, suppression criteria, campaign tracking, and optimization
- Develop and execute A/B tests across paid media, email, messaging, creative, audiences, offers, and landing page experiences
- Analyze cross-channel performance and translate data into recommendations to improve leads, conversions, revenue, CPA, and ROAS
- Develop and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards connecting marketing activity to business outcomes
- Maintain campaign tracking standards, including UTMs and conversion tracking, and assist with troubleshooting measurement issues
- Partner with content, creative, SEO, CRO, web, marketing operations, and other teams to coordinate campaigns and improve performance
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, efficiency, scalability, and overall marketing performance
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience
- Experience building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns within an email service provider, CRM, or marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, lead volume, and revenue
- Experience using web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with campaign testing and optimization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently within established strategies while proactively identifying improvement opportunities
- Helpful but not required: experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, or other paid advertising platforms
- Helpful but not required: experience with marketing automation, audience segmentation, nurture programs, or lifecycle marketing
- Helpful but not required: familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting platforms
- Helpful but not required: experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
- Helpful but not required: experience supporting B2B and B2C programs, multiple brands, or multiple product lines
