Job Description

Managing Snapchat content performance and monetization strategies to enhance engagement and revenue growth. Collaborating with various teams to optimize content and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze Snapchat content performance metrics (views, retention, completion rate, RPM)
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across content verticals
  • Work closely with content strategists and editors to improve performance outcomes
  • Optimize content formats, posting times, and creative approaches
  • Track and maximize Snapchat monetization opportunities
  • Stay updated on Snapchat algorithm, monetization, and policy changes
  • Build dashboards and regular performance reports for leadership
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing initiatives
  • Monetization & Revenue Focus
  • Manage and optimize Snapchat monetization programs
  • Track revenue metrics and content profitability
  • Identify high-performing content categories and scale them
  • Ensure compliance with monetization and brand safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with partnerships and sales teams on revenue opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media analytics, performance marketing, or digital media monetization
  • Strong understanding of Snapchat performance metrics and algorithms
  • Experience translating data into strategy and execution
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content, publishing, and leadership teams
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience working with Snapchat publishers or large content networks
  • Background in performance marketing or media buying
  • Familiarity with AI-driven performance optimization tools
