Job Description
PGY2 resident role within Cencora’s Corporate Pharmacy Administration & Leadership residency program. Engaging with enterprise pharmacy operations and corporate leadership initiatives supporting health system partners.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in enterprise pharmacy, supply chain, and corporate leadership initiatives, including strategic planning and cross-functional projects.
- Support pharmaceutical supply chain operations, sourcing strategy, financial analysis, and performance improvement efforts.
- Contribute to medication-use systems, quality, regulatory, and operational optimization initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Complete required ASHP-aligned learning experiences, including a major research project and leadership development activities.
Requirements:
- PharmD degree and current enrollment in a designated PGY1 residency within the combined PGY1/PGY2 program
- Active pharmacist license in the resident’s practicing state
- Program Requirement Progression into and continuation in the PGY2 position is contingent upon successful completion of the PGY1 residency program at the partner health system, including satisfactory performance
