Job Description
Remote Pharmacy Technician supporting TEKsystems’ Medicare Advantage care-gap programs. Making high-volume outbound calls to improve diabetic member medication adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Support Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care
- Focus primarily on three medication adherence measures for diabetic members
- Make up to 100+ outbound calls per day in a call center environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co
- CPhT certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google
- Ability to learn new technology
- 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls
- Call center experience
- Up to 100+ calls per day
- Proficient in English and a second language if bilingual
- Medical Assistant certifications such as NCCT, AAH, and NAHP are not accepted
