Job Description

PMO Manager leading program governance and project delivery discipline in a fast-growing technology firm. Ensuring initiatives align with strategic priorities and delivering clarity to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program governance and strengthen project delivery discipline across a complex, cross-functional enterprise environment.
  • Ensure initiatives are executed with clear structure, consistent standards, strong accountability, and executive-level visibility.
  • Provide oversight across multiple concurrent programs and projects to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and timelines.
  • Establish and reinforce PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, stage gates, and lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain visibility into program health, including risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery milestones.
  • Develop structured executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and leadership status updates.
  • Facilitate governance forums, program reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, operational efficiency, and delivery maturity.
  • Support and guide project managers in applying best practices for structured execution.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of PMO governance, project lifecycle management, and delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving coordination across business, operational, and technology teams.
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting, portfolio dashboards, and program status updates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both delivery teams and leadership.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, infrastructure, or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration platforms.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
