Job Description
Senior technical leader driving solution development and innovation with Global System Integrators for AI-driven offerings. Focus on strategic co‑creation and GSI technical readiness with PTC products.
Responsibilities:
- serve as the primary senior technical authority for GSI partner solution development across the Americas
- define the technical strategy and architectural direction for GSIs
- establish centralized, scalable frameworks for GSI technical engagement
- lead deep technical workshops and co-development sessions with GSI teams
- guide GSIs in designing and validating solution architectures
- ensure partner-built solutions adhere to PTC architectural standards
Requirements:
- 12+ years in partner-facing or customer-facing senior technical roles
- expertise in AI/ML solution patterns, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise integration models
- strong capability to synthesize incomplete information and define architectures
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
- experience building AI-powered enterprise solutions or platforms
- ability to travel up to 25% within the Americas as needed
