Job Description

Product and Pricing Coordinator at Sharetown managing high-volume data tasks for product information. Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across partner platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry for product and inventory information across multiple systems and partner platforms
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of product details, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and categorization
  • Process large datasets daily while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency
  • Gather and compile product information from internal teams, partners, and external resources to ensure data completeness
  • Audit and compare product catalogs across partners to identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment across systems, partners, and internal records
  • Document and maintain pickup policies, procedures, and operational notes related to product handling and partner requirements
  • Standardize and normalize product information to ensure consistency across systems and partners
  • Assist with pricing analysis, validation, and approval processes in partnership with Finance
  • Research and resolve gaps in product data using partner resources, internal tools, and external sources
  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry efficiency, accuracy, and workflows
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support ongoing data integrity and reporting needs

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks with strong accuracy and efficiency
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working extensively in spreadsheets and managing large amounts of data
  • Ability to balance repetitive work with analytical tasks such as validation and research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, data cleanup, large dataset management)
  • Background in data entry, data auditing, product catalog management, or pricing analysis
  • Familiarity with data validation processes and quality control practices
  • Exposure to process automation tools (e.g., Google Apps Script) or interest in improving efficiency through automation
  • Experience working with high-volume workflows or operations-focused environments
