Job Description
Product Design Expert completing AI-assisted design tasks for Mercor’s frontier AI training projects. Applying UX expertise and design tools while collaborating remotely with leading researchers.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a research project for a leading AI Design company
- Work with an AI Design Agent to complete design tasks
- Apply professional design expertise to train and enhance AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Complete projects on an individual schedule
- Deliver services according to project needs and performance expectations
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- More than 1 year of real company or agency experience using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX design fundamentals and real-world designer workflows
- Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Must work as an independent contractor
- H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
