Job Description

Product Manager driving B2B SaaS and AI-enabled software for procurement intelligence at Green Cabbage. Leading product initiatives from concept through delivery in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product initiatives from discovery through delivery across Green Cabbage’s platform ecosystem
  • Translate business priorities, client feedback, procurement workflows, and operational pain points into actionable product requirements
  • Produce highly detailed PRDs, workflow documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and feature specifications
  • Work closely with engineering teams throughout development to clarify requirements, refine scope, and remove ambiguity
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive enterprise workflows and data-driven user experiences
  • Assist in prioritizing roadmap initiatives based on client impact, business value, technical complexity, and strategic alignment
  • Support internal product alignment across Green Cabbage’s offerings, including procurement intelligence, supplier intelligence, analytics, and workflow management solutions
  • Analyze product usage, workflow adoption, client feedback, and operational metrics to guide future enhancements
  • Participate in customer discussions and discovery efforts to better understand procurement team challenges and enterprise buying workflows

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience or closely related product-focused experience
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise workflow applications
  • Exposure to AI-enabled software, automation tools, LLM-based systems, or intelligent workflow platforms
  • Strong ability to define initiatives with exceptional detail and organizational clarity
  • Experience writing comprehensive product requirements and engineering-ready documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within agile or iterative software development environments
  • Familiarity with data-driven applications, workflow orchestration, or enterprise intelligence platforms
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Aha!, Figma, or similar product management platforms
