Job Description
Product Manager responsible for user-facing systems at xpate, a fintech platform. Driving B2B product strategy and implementation with a focus on onboarding and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, vision, and execution of user-facing systems and automation
- Conduct user research to understand pain points
- Own the B2B onboarding journey and client portal strategy
- Design workflows that leverage AI and automation for efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping successful B2B products in high-growth fintech, BaaS, or payments companies
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Framer, Sketch)
- Deep domain expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows
- Experience with design software, analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants
